The Story Behind Maximise Your Serve™

“I want a divorce.”

Those four words hit harder than anything I’d ever experienced.

It was June 2024. I was 43, overweight, drinking heavily, gambling, and completely disconnected from my wife and four kids. I had no time, no presence, no real connection with the people I loved. And honestly, I didn’t blame her for saying it. I was angry at the world and disappointed in myself. Life hadn’t unfolded the way I thought it would.

In that moment, I had two choices. Let it define me, or turn it around.

That was the shift.

I came across a High Performance Father ad on Instagram.

Something about it stopped me.

I filled out the form, jumped on a call, it took just twenty minutes for Alex Ranieri (Founder HPF) to call me out on my bullshit.

But more importantly, he called me forward. That conversation woke me up. It sparked something in me that had been buried for years.

From that moment, I started doing the work. Not for anyone else, but for me.

I knew it had to start with me. If I was ever going to be the man my wife could love again, the father my kids could look up to, I needed to rebuild from the inside out.

That’s where MaxServe™ began.

It started with one simple truth – you can’t pour from an empty cup.

I have made it my mission to fill mine. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually. I cleaned up my habits and replaced them with purpose, I built discipline. I changed the story I was living in.

My marriage? Stronger than ever.

My kids? They actually see me now.

My energy? Unrecognisable.

And the best part is, I know I’m just getting started.
