I find this to be a great way of properly mixing your protein power without clumping or bits stuck to the side of the container. You also don't have the annoying clunking of the steel ball that does a poor job with bits stuck to the container. Fast and easy to clean as well.

Best bottle ever! There are absolutely no spills—not even a drop. The bottle is incredibly well-made with a nice design. Without a doubt, this is the greatest mixer for combining protein or for everyday use.

I have a habit of making my protein shake, putting it down and getting side tracked at work. Of course the powder settles and when I grab it I have to shake the hell out of it. Not with this bad boy.
